What you get

The download is a zipped file containing the six atlases Theiler Stages (ts) 13, 21,23, 24, 25 and 26 and MRI data for an unlabeled ts19 embryo.

A very brief "how to"

Atlases can be navigated by moving the cross hairs across the three plane viewer on the left side of the viewing canvas.

Initially, a hierarchy graph is displayed in the left pane. Clicking the "control" tab allows for atlas navigation and setting up the viewer. Details of these functions can be found on the MBAT site.

Double left clicking on the atlas image selects the label under the cursor. Notice in the hierarchy view is synchronized with the viewer. Double left clicking a node in the hierarchy high lights all the child nodes in the graph and the labels in the viewer.

What you need

To view the atlases, download and install MBAT from:

http://mbat.loni.ucla.edu

Launch the application, select "viewer workspace".

Go to menu item:

File>open>3D atlas

then navigate to the "start_atlases" folder. Select the atlas you wish to view.

Note: MBAT can display multiple atlases simultaneously.
